This standard concrete slab bridge crosses Garden Avenue in Stoughton.
Built in 1912, the bridge features three spans of typical concrete slab, set onto concrete piers. The National Bridge Inventory provided the 1920 date for the bridge, although it may be incorrect. A date stamp was broken off the bridge.
This type of bridge was commonly constructed for railroads during this time period.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair to poor condition. Some serious cosmetic defects have begun to form in the bridge.
